Crave of the Day 3.24.14

Now that it's spring...I am starting to think a lot about summer produce. What have I been craving lately? My mother's strawberry shortcake, a classic summer staple. I guess I only have a few more months to wait before I can indulge in this wonderful treat again, hooray!
